It was a heng heng affair, where we wore our lucky red and tossed the auspicious yusheng! For a better year of Ox ahead… Good health, good things and good money!!!

From Hangzhou to Singapore, YY never fails in making us WOW at her culinary skills.

Hangzhou dishes that we miss, erm some are “substitute dishes”.
No duck, so no 老鸭煲. Instead, we had 乌鸡汤.

We had a farewell lunch for Fiona at this Chinese restaurant beside Anchorpoint, called 周庄 (Zhou Zhuang). The food is so-so only, but I quite like the stir-fried fish with roasted pork and the mango with pomelo dessert.
Some goodies served in Zhou Zhuang.
We have already lao-ed yusheng even before Mr. Ox arrives. I love to eat yusheng, hopefully I can eat many many this Chinese New Year yay!

Kay had friends who visited “merlion city” over the past weekend, and we clubbed for two consecutive nights.
The first one was quite shitty because Zouk was horribly packed due to a famous guest DJ spinning. But the second one was great! Didn’t expect Butterfactory to be fun, or maybe it was the company.
A night filled with housepours and shots, then more shots and then more housepours. Lots of cam-whoring actions too!
On that buttery night, there were Kay, Darren, Alvin, Donovan,

I used to think that mine is a rare disease, this verbal disorder that I’ve been suffering from.
Until I met this bunch of kids, they can yak and yak non stop. I tried to shut off from them, but their voices just keep ringing in my ears, like water trapped in my ears after a swim *gua wa wa wa…*
Sometimes, they give me a headache. But well, to be fair, they make me laugh a whole lot too.

I’m not the super superstitious sort, but I enjoy reading horoscope and Chinese zodiac analysis. Just want to share this with my fellow “rooster buddies”:
